Return & Refunds

At BOKI, we want you to be fully satisfied with every aspect of your purchase, from the product quality to the delivery process. If there is an manufacturer issue with an item that you have purchased, we are committed to offering you replacement or a full refund within 15 days of delivery. 

Issues not considered as manufacturer issue

1. Remote interference. As lights we sell has remotes which are mostly universal one light may be controlled by remote of another type of light.

2. Opened Box. We open the box to check the product before delivery.

 

We may ask you to return your product Office in Male',  in order to receive this replacement or refund. Refunds generally take 1-2 business days to appear in your bank account after being issued.
